Nintendo 64

Body Harvest is an open-world action game developed by DMA Design (later known as Rockstar North) for the Nintendo 64. Originally intended as a Nintendo 64 launch title, the game's development was troubled by conflicting demands between Nintendo's Japanese and American divisions, ultimately leading Nintendo to cancel it. It was later picked up by Gremlin Interactive and published by Midway in North America. The open-world mechanics of Body Harvest would directly influence the development of Grand Theft Auto III.
