About

Guerilla Tea was a video game and applications studio in Dundee, Scotland, founded in June 2011 and defunct from 2018. It developed its own titles for mobile and online platforms — including casual games such as The Quest — and also supplied contracting, sub-contracting and consultancy to clients. The company was built around a small core in-house team and drew on local talent to extend capacity when required, targeting multi-platform delivery across many handsets and languages. In 2011 it won the Creative Loops "Best Computer Game Concept" award and was runner-up for "Best use of Interactive media." In 2012 it was nominated in the "New Talent" category at the BAFTAs and won the "Games on the Move" category in the TIGA £100k contest.
